Pink Bow Tie

Here is another story related to the theme we are discussing in class.
Read it and don't forget to do the exercises on the same page.
Enjoy!!

Lie detector!

Would you volunteer to try out a lie detector on you?
Read this story and think about it.

More paintings

These are some of the paintings you've mentioned in your comments. Great choices!
Thanks for sharing and now let's wait for some more people to join in the discussion.

Loana has decided to share this with us. And what do you think of this one?

This is Valentina's contribution. Lovely, isn't it?

Luncheon of the Boating Party

Look at the painting below.
It is called Luncheon of the Boating Party, by French impressionist Pierre-Auguste Renoir.

• What else do you know about it?
• Do you like it? Why?
• If you could afford to buy a painting like this, where would you hang it?
• What other famous paintings do you like? Why?

Cover me

Cover me, will you?

To follow the discussion about music which we stared in class, let's share those covers which we like (perhaps, probably more than the original song)

Mine is 'We gotta get out of this place', by Bon Jovi. This is a live version which they did in an MTV unplugged concert. The original song belongs to The Animals and I've also seen Bon Jovi singing the same song with The Animals lead singer as a guest singer in one of their concerts.

Now, it's your turn to share.

Can't wait to see your own preferences!
